‘Dear Lucy’ book is now available

A diary written by a mother to her baby daughter about her courageous battle with a rare and aggressive brain tumour called ATRT has now been published as a book. PACT parents Tracey and Paul Evison from Wingerworth near Chesterfield have a daughter Lucy who was treated at Sheffield’s Childrens Hospital and her parents Tracey and Paul live in Wingerworth, near Chesterfield.

Lucy was born in September 2013 but when she was just 10 months old their lives were turned upside down when she was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive brain tumour. Tracey kept a diary throughout Lucy’s long and painful treatment, recording each new diagnosis and resulting treatment, every setback, every advance and each glimmer of hope for Lucy, her family, the medical teams and the scores of helpers and well-wishers.

You can buy a copy of ‘Dear Lucy’ online and all profits from the book will be donated to PACT Sheffield.
