The caravans will be available for holidays from 29th March 2025 and are available to all PACT families.
Families are allowed one booking in the school holidays at any location and the holidays will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
All holidays will be prioritised to families who are on treatment or within five years off treatment.
Bereaved families can attend within five years.
Once all available slots have been allocated we would offer up to anyone that has been off treatment/Bereaved for more than five years.
Holidays are to be taken Saturday to Saturday during school holidays. Once all requests have been fulfilled, any outside of school holidays can be requested for Saturday-Saturday, Monday-Friday and Friday to Sunday.
Please note that that the PACT caravan is for the use of the people listed - guests are not to stay in the caravan overnight.
By submitting this form I can confirm that I will comply with the PACT housekeeping form that I will receive with my booking confirmation. Failure to do so may result in no further bookings being considered.
Information recorded on this form will be shared with Charity Trustees for the purposes of monitoring access and equality.
