This year our Ball will be on Saturday 20th May at Baldwin’s Omega in Sheffield. The tickets include a welcome drink, a five course meal, entertainment and a disco. During the evening we will also be selling raffle tickets and inviting bids on our silent auction and main auction.

If you would like to attend could you please download and complete a booking form from our Downloads page and return it to the PACT office together with payment. We will write to acknowledge receipt and confirm your booking and then nearer the date we will send out details of the menu for the night and your table information form.

We will be having a souvenir brochure on the night so if you are interested in placing an advertisement in this, please contact the PACT office.
