York Harness Raceway donate £10,000On the weekend of 15th and 16th August the organisers of the harness racing at York Harness Raceway very kindly arranged for PACT to be the beneficiary of the weekend’s racing and sponsorship.

The linkup with the Raceway was made by PACT parents Mick Welling and Lindsay Morley in memory of their son Daniel Welling.

In our photo is PACT Chair Sheila McGovern accepting a cheque from Raymond Huscha and Bill Hutchinson from the York Harness Raceway for £10,000 along with the team of PACT collectors and John Parrott OBE who was the guest of honour for the day. The bucket collections on the two days also netted a further £761.13 for PACT.
