Deborah Kershaw and Rachel Peck have written a sprout recipe book to raise money for PACT. They met on Ward M3 of Sheffield Children’s Hospital in 2008 when Deb’s daughter Megan and Rach’s daughter Lauren were being treated for cancer and they became good friends.

This book is dedicated to Lauren who sadly passed away in June 2008 aged 3.

The book which contains 40 recipes is priced at £5 and is now available to buy online from their own website at www.onceasprout.com, as well as from the PACT Office. They make great Christmas presents too !
